Swiss-based plastic belt manufacturer Habasit AG announced on Dec. 5 that it has acquired all stocks in Namil Belt Industrial Co. Ltd. (NBI) and Korea Belt Services (KBI), turning these two South Korean belt companies into wholly owned subsidiaries.
