Daicel Corp. (TYO:4202) and Toyoda Gosei Co. Ltd. (TYO:7282) have agreed to form a capital alliance in order to strengthen the two companies’ collaborative relationship. The two companies will cross-hold each other’s shares through acquiring equity from each other at about 1 billion yen ($9 million).
